Today the preps where creating Lady birds/bugs, to create them they needed to get to sheets of white paper, each sheet had two outline circles on it. One large circle for the body and a smaller one for the lady birds head.
On the first sheet the kids needed to paste small pieces of black paper to cover both the head and body entirely, and then they where to past some red circles on to the body.
Next they had to past all red squares over the other (body) circle, once they had pasted down all the pieces of paper they where allowed to gloss over the work with pva glue and put it on the drying rack, to give the work a shine and leave them so that they will be ready to complete next week.
During this class i first went around to help the kids put their names on their work, then helped the kids with cutting, pasting and keeping their minds on the job.
