Today i went in to Niddrie Primary School to work out all the details for my work placement with Art teacher Tracey Sawczenko.
To begin with i will be going in each Wednesday to help the children with their ideas and the artwork that they will be producing. Within the 10 weeks i will also be going in on some Monday and Tuesday afternoons so that i get to work with all the different grades and get a greater feel for the different aspects of being an Art teacher.
Im looking forward to the placement as it should give me a greater insight into what being an Art teacher is all about, as i am hoping to get into education after i finish CMA.
